  Background and Aim: Adolescence period is one of the criminal periods in every one's life and the teenager pass the childhood and enter into a new level of life. Entering into this level, the teenager will face plenty of problems. This research has been done with goal of comparing some sociobiology characters and its relation with the criminal teenager characteristic pattern with control group in Mazandaran province in 1383.

  Material and method: This research is a case control 30 study. Participants include 15-18 years old male teenager who were criminal in mazandaran province and stayed in correctional center in Neca and other thirty 15-18 years old male teenager who were students in some selective high school in mazandaran province. Which selected by randomize sampling. The instrument for gathering data was a three part self-report questionnaire. The first part, gathered demographic data, second part was 71 items MMPI scale and in the third questionnaires, the eysenk criteria includes of 57 questions consist of introversion. extroversion, neurotic and psychological has been evaluated. Data has been analyzed by software: SPSS 11.5

  Results: Findings shows the age of male criminal teenager was 15-18 years old and the prevalent crimes were rubbery (54%), quarrelling (25%), smuggling (0/8%) and unlawful relation. In the family variables pattern re- marriage and unemployment of the father and narcotic abuse by father had significant relationship with criminal. Pervious record of running from home 1.8% increase the criminal risk and also narcotic abuse in teenager has been increased criminal. Finding shows neurotic and medial characteristics have the most frequency in case and control group. Examining the MMPI test shows paranoid pisorder and anxiety are the most prevalent disorders.

  Conclusion: This study show'ed that the most prevalent criminal relatively was: rubbery, quarrelling, smuggling. unlawful relations. Criminal, in a social view not only treats the health of the people but also they make some crisis in society.
